Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2026-07-28
This policy explains what information Bonfire collects when you join the waitlist on this website, and how it's used.
What we collect
When you submit the waitlist form, we collect:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your phone number, if you choose to provide it (optional)
How we use it
We use this information only to notify you when a spot opens up and to understand interest in Bonfire ahead of launch. We don't use it for unrelated marketing, and we don't sell it.
Where it's stored
Waitlist entries are stored in a private database (Amazon DynamoDB) that only Bonfire has access to. A copy is also mirrored to an internal spreadsheet we use to track signups — this is for our own operational use only and is not shared outside Bonfire.
Third-party services
The waitlist form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA to prevent spam and automated abuse. reCAPTCHA may collect hardware and software information (such as device and application data) and send it to Google, governed by Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Your choices
You can ask us to remove your information from the waitlist at any time by contacting us — see below.
